I’ve made this recipe several times and it’s the only way I make this dish ever

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking oil.
  2. Prepare the Pork:
    • Brush 2 pork tenderloins (each weighing about 1 lb) with cooking oil.
    • Rub the tenderloins with ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt.
  3. Make the Honey Garlic Mixture:
    • In a separate bowl, combine ⅔ cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup of chicken broth (or water), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and 1½ tablespoons of corn starch. Mix well.
  4. Cooking:
    • Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in the greased casserole dish.
    • Pour the honey garlic mixture around the pork in the dish, ensuring not to cover the pork entirely with the sauce.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
    • Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce from the casserole dish.
    • Enjoy your delicious Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin!
