Instructions:
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking oil.
Prepare the Pork:
Brush 2 pork tenderloins (each weighing about 1 lb) with cooking oil.
Rub the tenderloins with ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt.
Make the Honey Garlic Mixture:
In a separate bowl, combine ⅔ cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup of chicken broth (or water), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and 1½ tablespoons of corn starch. Mix well.
Cooking:
Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in the greased casserole dish.
Pour the honey garlic mixture around the pork in the dish, ensuring not to cover the pork entirely with the sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve and Enjoy:
Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce from the casserole dish.
Enjoy your delicious Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin!
