I’ve been cooking ribeyes in my air fryer since last Christmas when I got it, I’ve never had a better steak

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.

Prepare the seasoning mixture: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to create the seasoning mixture.

Pat dry the ribeye steaks: Use paper towels to pat dry the ribeye steaks, ensuring to remove any excess moisture. This helps in achieving a nice sear on the steaks.

Season the steaks: Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribeye steaks, making sure to coat them well with the seasoning.

Place in the air fryer: Carefully place the seasoned ribeye steaks in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Cook the steaks: Cook the steaks in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness and the thickness of the steaks.

Let them rest: Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a juicier steak.

Garnish and serve: Garnish the air fryer ribeye steaks with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious and perfectly cooked ribeye steaks!
