
Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.
Remove chicken from the pan and add the honey garlic mixture.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then return the chicken to the pan to coat in sauce.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce. You can also bake the chicken for a hands-off version, or use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
