Natural method:
- Stick 10 to 20 cloves into a lemon or apple and place them in the kitchen or near windows.
- Add dried lavender near the sink or trash can.

Keep rats and mice away

Black or cayenne pepper is a powerful natural repellent.
Recipe:
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon liquid soap (or peppermint castile soap)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Spray in corners, behind appliances or in the basement.

Against weevils (food insects)
Place in your jars of rice, flour, pasta :
- Bay leaves
- Neem leaves (in herbal medicine)
- Cloves
These odors naturally repel them.

Fight against bedbugs
Use food-grade diatomaceous earth , a natural repellent:
Dry method:
Sprinkle on the mattress, box spring, baseboards and dark corners.
Wet method:
- Mix 1 part diatomaceous earth with 4 parts water .
- Spray on the areas to be treated (headboard, base of bed, carpet, etc.).

Keep lizards away
Lizards do not like certain strong odors.
Natural spray:
- ½ liter of white vinegar + 1/2 water
- 8 to 10 drops of essential oils (peppermint, cinnamon or eucalyptus)
Spray in door and window frames, near sources of heat or light.
