Take 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and put it in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Take a toothpick and insert in so it doesn’t unroll. Warm up some oil in a skillet and fry each side for 2-3 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve warm with sour cream or salsa. This was actually really good
