5. Serve or Store
Once chilled, gently lift the cheese out using the plastic wrap. Unwrap and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or as part of a charcuterie board.
To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Recipe Notes:
Feel free to adjust herbs to your taste—fresh herbs can also be used for a brighter flavor.
A touch of lemon juice can be substituted for white vinegar if desired.
