Here’s When to Eat Your Fruit and Why

Afternoon: The perfect time for sweeter fruits

Grapes : A quick  source of energy , perfect for post-meal fatigue.
Peaches  : Light and easy to digest, they gently support the digestive system.
Mango  : Best before physical activity or for a fruity break  without excess .

Evening: fruits that soothe and help you fall asleep

Bananas  : Rich in  magnesium , they relax muscles and soothe the nervous system.
Kiwis : Their serotonin  content   helps promote sleep.
Cherries  : Naturally contain melatonin  , the sleep hormone.

And those to avoid in the evening (even if they are good)

Apples, citrus fruits, blueberries, and watermelon  can be  too acidic, too high in fiber,  or  too stimulating  for the body before bed. They are best reserved  for the morning or afternoon for better digestive comfort.
In summary: eat fruit, yes, but at the right time.
