3. Combine the Ingredients

Add the cooked orzo to the skillet with the mushrooms and spinach, tossing to combine.

If the mixture seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to help coat the pasta.
4. Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice (if using).
