Instructions
Step 01
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 02
In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 03
Add the milk to the mixture and combine until fully incorporated.
Step 04
Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 05
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the loaves.
Step 06
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Optional: Add grated mozzarella cheese on top of each loaf during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
- Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute.
