Ingredients
Steak:
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp (28g) butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season Steak: Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
Melt Butter: In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Cook Steak: Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add Broth: Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release browned bits.
Make Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Combine: Return steak to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
