Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Instructions:

Cook Pasta: Boil shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear Steak Bites: In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.

Stir in garlic and thyme, cooking for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.

Make Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, then add heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan.

Stir for 3-4 minutes until thick.

Combine & Serve: Toss pasta in the sauce, then add steak bites back in.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
