Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Cook the Beef & Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. -

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and diced pickles. -
Form the Rollups
Starting at one end, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice into 1‑inch pieces and place each roll‑up cut‑side up on the prepared baking sheet. -
Brush with Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Generously brush each roll‑up with the garlic butter mixture. -
Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the roll‑ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Garnish & Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
