Easter Oreo Cookie Casserole

Directions:

Create the Cookie Crumbs:
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies using a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they become fine crumbs. Set aside ½ cup for topping.

Whip the Creamy Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.

Prepare the Pudding Mixture:
In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Once set, gently fold in whipped topping until combined, creating a fluffy consistency.

Assemble the Layers:
In a 9×13-inch dish, spread half of the crushed cookies evenly, pressing lightly to form a base. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer, smoothing it out. Pour the pudding mixture on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs over the top.

Decorate & Chill:
Scatter pastel chocolates over the top and garnish with mini sandwich cookies. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Serve & Enjoy:
Once chilled, slice and serve for a creamy, crunchy, and chocolate-filled Easter treat!
