You can make a colorful oval rug to decorate any room, simply by using old bath towels in different colors. You will need 3 towels. Fold each napkin in half and cut strips about 3cm wide. Once you’ve cut it all out, form sets made up of 3 strips of different colors each.
Take a group and sew the 3 strips together, but only at the top that you hold between your fingers. Then braid the strips together. Do the same with each set, and when you’re done, sew all of the resulting braids together, so that you have a very long braid. Don’t forget to sew the end to secure it. Then, you roll the braid onto a spool and, using a large needle and thread, sew it all together.
