Instructions
To start the cooking process, ensure that the oven is preheated to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then, using a large skillet, melt some butter over medium heat.
Dice the apples and add them to the skillet with sugar, cinnamon, and water, stirring well to combine.
Cook the mixture over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the liquid has thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove the frying pan from the heat source and give the mixture some time to cool.
Use a spoon to add approximately 1/4 cup of the apple mixture onto each tortilla and wrap it tightly.
Apply some grease to a baking dish that measures 9×13 inches and place the rolled tortillas inside it.
Let the tortillas bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn crispy and slightly brown.
For a delicious serving, ensure that it’s hot and paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
