Deep Fried Marshmallow

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oil:
    Heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Batter:
    In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, egg, milk, and a bit of oil until smooth.

  3. Coat Marshmallows:
    Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s evenly coated, then gently shake off any excess.

  4. Fry Marshmallows:
    Place the coated marshmallows in the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

  5. Drain and Serve:
    Remove the marshmallows with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles while still warm.
