Crispy Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Squares
Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 1 pound) of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: mustard or mayonnaise for spreading
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Puff Pastry:
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. If it’s not pre-rolled, roll it into a rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.
