Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven/Air Fryer:

Oven: Preheat to 220°C (425°F).

Air Fryer: Preheat to 200°C (400°F).

2. Prepare Wings:

Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.

3. Make the Dry Rub:

In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, oregano, brown sugar, and baking powder.

4. Coat the Wings:

Rub the spice mix all over the wings, ensuring even coating.

5. Cooking:

Oven: Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.

Air Fryer: Arrange wings in a single layer and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

6. Serve:

Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a dip of your choice!
