Cripta chicken strips

Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into strips, season with salt and lightly flour them.

Then, we pass these strips through beaten egg and then through the toasted corn flakes, which we have crushed a little with our hands.

We fry them in extra virgin olive oil, very hot, until they are golden brown, we take them out and let them rest on kitchen paper or absorbent.


This straightforward preparation results in crispy, flavorful chicken strips with a golden, crunchy exterior thanks to the toasted corn flakes.

The seasoning enhances the taste, while the resting on absorbent paper ensures a perfect texture.

Served with ketchup and pitted black olives, these chicken strips are both satisfying and delicious.
