Instructions:
1. Make the batter:
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend or whisk until smooth. Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes (this makes the crepes tender).
2. Heat the pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.
3. Cook the crepes:
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting in a circular motion to spread evenly. Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Serve and fill:
Fill with Nutella, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, jam, or even savory items like cheese, ham, or spinach.
