1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest

Meringue

4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs (whites only)

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 cup sugar
