    • This recipe works best with whole milk cottage cheese with a high protein content. Aim for brands with 14g of protein per ½ cup, such as Good Culture brand. Lower protein cottage cheese may yield less crunchy chips.
    • You don’t need to blend the cottage cheese beforehand.
    • Customize the flavor by adding your favorite seasonings, like salt, pepper, or everything bagel seasoning. If using seasoning, add it before baking
  • Cottage cheese chips are best enjoyed fresh, as they can soften when stored. You can crisp them up again by rebaking them for a few minutes.
