Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, and drained whole kernel corn.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well-beaten. Add the melted butter to the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour the egg and butter mixture into the corn mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

Gently fold in the sour cream, ensuring it’s evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the corn casserole mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
