Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla to dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Gently incorporate melted butter into batter. Pour into prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (if desired).
Drop spoonfuls of filling mixture over batter. Swirl with a knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
While cake is baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
Let cool slightly before serving.
