Step-by-step preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease and flour a baking pan with butter and flour.
This is the first step, as blender chocolate cake is very quick and easy to make. It’s best to have the oven preheated and the pan ready.
In the blender, add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, and milk until everything dissolves a little, and then add the cocoa powder.
We blend a little until the mixture is homogeneous so we can continue with the preparation.
Then add the flour and beat until completely combined. Occasionally, scrape the edges to loosen any flour that sticks to them and mix well with the entire chocolate cake batter in the blender.
At this point, and not before, we add the yeast and blend the mixture a little more, just so that it is evenly distributed throughout.
Pour the chocolate cake batter into the prepared pan in a blender and bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
Once the chocolate cake is baked in the blender, we let it rest with the oven ajar for about 10 more minutes inside and then we take it out, unmold it and let it cool on a wire rack.
While the cake is cooling, you can prepare the filling to your liking.
