Garlic Parmesan Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in rice and cook for 1–2 minutes to toast slightly.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes, until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
