Garlic Parmesan Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in rice and cook for 1–2 minutes to toast slightly.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes, until rice is tender.
  5. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
