Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta
Boil a pot of water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir well.
Add the mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Stir until melted and creamy.
Dish out the cheesy pasta and, if you like, top with pickles for extra flavor.
Notes
- You can substitute lean ground beef for a lighter version of the dish.
- Feel free to add extra vegetables, like bell peppers or mushrooms, for added texture and flavor.
- For a spicier twist, try using pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of beef broth.
- This dish is best served immediately while the cheese is melty and creamy.
