CHEESY GROUND BEEF RICE CASSEROLE

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over top of casserole.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.

  7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
