Cabbage Roll Soup

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to slow cooker.

Add chopped vegetables (Carrots , onion, cabbage, green beans, celery, bell pepper) on top of the beef.

Pour in diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir to combine.

Add broth, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

In the last 15-20 minutes, stir in uncooked rice and let cook until rice is tender.

Adjust seasoning and serve hot. Enjoy!
