Make the Batter
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined—it’s okay if the batter is a bit lumpy. Don’t overmix!
Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or oil.
Cook the Pancakes
Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form and edges start to set. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Serve and Enjoy!
Serve warm with maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or a pat of butter.
Tips & Variations
Let the batter rest 5–10 minutes before cooking for extra fluffy pancakes.
Add-ins: Stir in blueberries, chocolate chips, or sliced bananas before cooking.
For a richer flavor, use buttermilk in place of regular milk.
