Berrylicious Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

For the Crust:

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
• 1/2 cup melted butter

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

• 1 1/2 cups freeze-dried strawberries
• 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 1 sleeve)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

• 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup strawberry puree (fresh or from frozen strawberries)

For the Strawberry Sauce (Optional):

• 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
