Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Peel and slice bananas.

  2. Pit the dates and chop them into small pieces (softer if soaked in warm water for 5 minutes).

  3. Peel garlic cloves. If you prefer milder garlic, lightly roast them in a dry skillet for 2 minutes until golden.

Step 2: Blend

  1. Place bananas, dates, garlic, honey, and warm milk (or water) in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed for desired consistency.

Step 3: Serve

  • Pour into a glass and drink immediately as a tonic.

  • Or refrigerate 30 minutes for a chilled, thicker mixture.
