Ingredients:

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)

1/2 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with a tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar)

1 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
