To prepare the Glaze with Brown Butter:
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Keep heating for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the butter is golden brown and smells nutty.
Turn off the heat and whisk in the milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. You can adjust the glaze’s consistency by adding a bit more milk if it’s too thick.
Evenly cover the warm banana bars with the glaze. Cut the bars into squares after letting the glaze set.
