Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:

- Butter the Bread:
- Spread butter (or drizzle olive oil) on one side of each slice of bread. This will be the outside of the sandwich that hits the pan.

- On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, layer the avocado, mozzarella, and tomato slices.
