My great-grandmother taught me how to make this flourless condensed milk cotton cake.

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with cornstarch.

Beat the eggs: Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff and set aside.

Mix the ingredients: In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk, and melted butter until combined.

Add the cornstarch: Add the cornstarch to the egg yolk and condensed milk mixture, mixing well.

Stir in the egg whites: Add the egg whites to the mixture, gently folding with a spatula, using bottom-up movements to maintain a light texture.

Add the baking powder:

Add the baking powder and mix gently.

Bake the cake:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and passes the toothpick test (when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean).

Let it cool slightly before unmolding and serving. This cake is perfect with coffee or afternoon tea. Enjoy!☕🍰
