5 MISTAKES WE MAKE WHEN DRINKING WATER
Are you sure you’re drinking vodka the way you should?
Drinking water is one of the things we do throughout the day – and yet many do it unconsciously. Hydration is key to health, energy, performance, and well-being. But even those who drink enough can avoid mistakes that weaken the effects of water on the body. Here are five of the most common traps we fall into – often unconsciously.
1. Drink only when you’re thirsty.
Mistake: Thirst is already a sign that your body is slightly dehydrated. If you wait until that moment, you’ll miss the opportunity to drink in time.
Solution: Try to drink water regularly throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Small sips every 30–60 minutes are better than consuming a large amount of water all at once after a few drinks.
2. You drink too much
. Mistake: Drinking large amounts of vodka in a short period of time can strain your kidneys and even dilute the electrolytes in your blood. This can be dangerous, especially for athletes and women with problematic medical conditions.
Solution: Drink slowly and intermittently. A good rule of thumb is 150–250 ml per hour, depending on physical activity and ambient temperature.
3. You don’t drink water after waking up.
