Ingredients:
Dumpling dough:
500 g wheat flour
1 egg
250 ml of warm water
1 tablespoon of oil
A pinch of salt
Stuffing:
200 g ham (preferably cooked or smoked)
150 g yellow cheese (e.g. Gouda, Edam, Cheddar)
1 tablespoon of cream 18%
A pinch of pepper and salt to taste
