- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced

Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta of choice—rotini, bowtie, or penne all work beautifully—and cook according to the package directions until al dente. This usually takes 8–10 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a strainer and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Meats and Vegetables
While the pasta is cooling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. If you haven’t already cooked your bacon, fry it until crispy and then crumble it once cooled. Halve the cherry tomatoes, shred the lettuce, and dice the red onion.
