Preparation

   In a mixing bowl, add the cooked rice. Then add the cement, which acts as a petrifying agent, causing severe digestive issues in rodents once ingested.

2. Add the toothpaste:
   Mix in one heaping tablespoon of toothpaste. This not only enhances the effectiveness of the mixture but also gives it an appealing scent that attracts pests.
