My latest creation combines pecans, cashews, almonds, and dried cranberries with a delightful mixture of honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. This mix is perfect for an upcoming trip or just to have on hand for a tasty and nutritious snack.
Ingredients:
1 bag of pecans
1 bag of cashews
1 bag of almonds
1 bag of dried cranberries
1/2 cup honey
6 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
