Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for added flavor)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
2. Sear the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes on the other side, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
