1 tablespoon Korean red pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro (optional) for garnish
