1 lb thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye or sirloin), cut into small strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
