INGREDIENTS:
For the marinate
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Lemon juice
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
Salt
Pepper
Dried Parsley
METHOD
Mix the marinate ingredients
Add the chicken pieces (aprox 1kg) and coat the chicken evenly.
