Woolworths’ famous lunch counter is probably already well-known to many of you. The Icebox Cheesecake is a Woolworths trademark. We are really grateful to have rescued this neglected masterpiece and brought it back to life.

This cheesecake recipe was my first attempt. As soon as I laid eyes on it, I was smitten. Baking is unnecessary for this. It only takes a couple of hours in the fridge to get it ready! Give this dish a shot right now; I promise you and your family will adore it! My my, what a delightful surprise!
What You Need:
1/3 cup container of lemon jell-o
1 cup of water that is hot
Graham cracker crumbs, 3 cups
Half a cup (or one stick) of melted butter
