Macaroni and Corn Bake

Ingredients: 3 cups of frozen corn.

8 ounces of cream cheese that has been left out to soften.

1/4 cup of melted butter

1/4 cup of milk

1/4 cup of thick cream

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1/4 cup of chopped chives to decorate.

Directions:

Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Put oil in a baking pan.

In a big bowl, mix together the frozen corn, cream cheese, melted butter, milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
