Instructions:
Step 1 – Blend the Base
Add frozen pineapple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Step 2 – Blend Smooth
Pulse until everything is creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides a few times to make sure it’s fully blended.
Step 3 – Sweeten (Optional)
Taste the mixture. If you like it sweeter, add honey or a sugar-free substitute and blend again.
Step 4 – Serve or Freeze
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
- Or freeze for 15–20 minutes for a firmer consistency.
Serving Tips:
- Top with shredded coconut, fresh berries, or chopped mint.
- Serve in a cone or parfait glass for extra flair.
- Make popsicles using molds!
